Google Car Dock — woefully under-documented

Google wanted $45 for a desktop dock, which I bought with my Nexus One. It sits on my desk, collecting dust because the Nexus One barely sits in the dock. Look at it wrong, and it falls out. Heaven forbid you try to touch the screen while it sits in the dock. At least the car dock will have a clip to hold it in place, but there’s NO online documentation, no photos other than the one stock photo, and the 2-page PDF is simply marketing fluff for what you can use the car dock for. No description of what the wiring looks like, how long they are, range of movement, dimensions, NOTHING.

C’mon, Google, get your act together. I’m not gonna drop $55 on a car dock without a LOT more details.
