Over the past while, I've been working on a build-it-yourself interface for configuring my SpamAssassin Training script.

Keep in mind, I'm not the author of SpamAssassin, nor its included utility called "sa-learn". My Perl script simply tells the sa-learn utility how to find your mailboxes to train it on spam/non-spam.

Changed my mind on the wordpress setup. It looked nicer, but got way too many spam users registering and trying to hack into stuff. I'll just keep things the way they were.

One more round of blog changes coming up in the next few weeks. Elizabeth and I are going to be parents Any Day Now™ and I'll be revamping my blogs and static content into separate areas for more of a personal blog, wiki for tech tutorials, etc.

I've been pleased to have helped out over at http://mitchhedberg.net/ in the past, with some phpBB programming to keep spammers out of the memorial forums for the late Mitch Hedberg, by far my most favorite comedian ever.

Lynn Shawcroft, Mitch's wife, contacted me about a week ago, asking if I could help redesign the whole web site into something classier and and easier to manage. Sounded like a job for Drupal, so I moved a good bulk of their content to the CMS, and the site looks great.

I can't believe it's only 4 months until Christmas! 2008 has flown by.

It's been a while since I've posted anything on a 'personal' level in a while, but after coming home from work with a migraine induced by stress, lack of sleep and lack of a quiet workplace these days, I found myself quite unable to sleep with everything going on around me. One of the things I hate most about myself is my complete inability to fall asleep with something on my mind. I could run a marathon (figuratively speaking) and be utterly physically exhausted, but lie awake for hours if something haunts me.
