It’s nice to be home, in the familiar. Getting off the plane and getting a whiff of that freshsmoggy Los Angeles air, whew! The plane ride home was bumpy, and I spent the trip home reading because the seats are too close together on airplanes any more to use a laptop.
Wednesday’s meetings didn’t go as well as I’d hoped, and I’ll elaborate soon enough, probably early next week. In the meantime, it’s nice to be home, and I’ll Email an update to family and close friends about the trip as soon as I get caught up on some work tomorrow. My full-time client isn’t happy with me about needing most of the day to go to these meetings instead of working, so I need to smooth things over there a little.
